In the summer of 2023, my family and I moved from Reno, NV to Folsom.  We love our new home and the community-oriented lifestyle.  With much gratitude, I was fortunate enough to create a small business in the Folsom Historic District that brings health and wellness to my community.  My background in the wellness field started in 2001 when I graduated with a certification in massage therapy from Heritage College of Health Careers in Lakewood, Colorado. Since that time, I have worked in Rocky Mountain spas, chiropractor offices, medical wellness centers, and alongside acupuncturists. Eight years ago I started my own massage business. I have a license to practice massage therapy in California through the California Massage Therapy Council. In 2008 I received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Outdoor Leadership from Western State College of Colorado.  My other very important certifications include CPR, first aid, and AED support. I am a proud member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and Choose Folsom Chamber of Commerce. In 2012 I received my master level Reiki training in the Usui system in Littleton, Colorado.  In my life, I also enjoy being with my family, outdoor recreation, gardening, yoga, meditation, and reading.  I aspire to be a proud version of myself and grow connections with those around me.
